A Bit More About Me
I earned my Master’s degree from Boston University School of Medicine and have worked across multiple levels of care, including residential treatment programs, community-based care, and private practice.
That experience has allowed me to work with clients facing a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Over the years, I have developed specialized expertise in trauma, anxiety, burnout, chronic over-functioning, and mood-related concerns.
My clinical training includes:
- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Internal Family Systems (IFS)
I strongly believe mental and physical health are deeply connected. That belief led me to pursue additional training in Neuro-Nutrient Therapy, which focuses on how nutrition impacts emotional well-being and mental health.
Outside of my clinical work, I’m also a mother, partner, and former Division I athlete. Those experiences shape how I approach therapy. I look at the full picture of what is affecting your mental health so treatment feels personal, practical, and grounded in your real life.
Specialized Areas of Focus
Clients often come to therapy feeling stuck in patterns they have been managing alone for years.
My practice focuses heavily on treating:
- Anxiety and chronic overthinking
- Trauma and unresolved difficult life experiences
- Burnout and emotional exhaustion
- Perfectionism and chronic self-criticism
- Nervous system dysregulation and chronic stress
- Relationship difficulties and attachment patterns
- Mood instability and emotional overwhelm
Treatment is always individualized based on your specific needs, goals, and life experiences.

A Personal Note
I understand how difficult it can be to ask for help. Many of the clients I work with are people who have spent years being the reliable one for everyone around them. They are used to managing stress quietly while continuing to meet expectations.
Therapy creates space to stop carrying everything alone.
My goal is to create a place where people feel safe enough to understand what has been keeping them stuck and begin building a healthier relationship with themselves.
